The store was clean and the staff were ok. They were busy talking to each other and not very helpful to customers. I was looking for Christmas presents. While in line to check out, one sales associate helped a customer and then just walked away from her register while I was still waiting. I waited about 5 minutes for her to stop talking to her coworkers for her to say she could help me. Won’t be going back.

1st time in a very long time coming at this location. As soon as I came in I was greeted instantly by Ms. Taronda and Ms. Marielle. They provided me with top notch STELLAR SERVICE. In which their service should be recognized and appreciated as well as promoted. They are the reason why I came back this week to shop some more. Great selection with most employees willing to help you find anything you need, other not so much on customer service. Check out took too long considering the amount of open registers however they were busy! Customer service should be top priority with the amount on money consumers spend there!

Very horrible experience and customer service. I recorded every employee who was watching me and my family . I couldn’t even shop in peace. Every black person doesn’t steal. I can buy the whole store if we wanted to. My husband is a police officer and I’m a Nurse practitioner so no need to steal. I will be contacting corporate and showing corporate this video immediately! It’s very disturbing and racist. You guys are very weird and I will be making this store go viral immediately!! Be careful how you treat people!

The man in the shoe department was very helpful going into the back and double checking they were actually out of stock in my sons shoe size. When he returned, it turned out the computer was wrong and there was still one in stock! Good service

Beware: the local staff is swapping the inventory out with fakes. Bought a present. Air Force Ones and when we gifted them, they pointed out what a blatant replica they were. Local staff need to be investigated

Bri was so helpful, and honestly helped us with any shoes we needed in different sizes, helped us with explaining discounts and was just all around friendly! We will totally drive a hour to this location just to deal with the staff!
